The proclamation recognizes something larger—the community that travels with the music.
ARMY.
That means before the first light stick turns on Thursday evening, Chicago has already answered one question:
Does the city know who's coming?
Chicago knows.

Soldier Field belongs to the second category for BTS.
The upcoming concerts are scheduled for Thursday, August 27 and Friday, August 28, with both shows beginning at 8 p.m. Local reporting says both nights are sold out.
This time, the ARIRANG production brings its 360-degree stage configuration into the stadium, placing the performance at the center of an audience surrounding it from every direction.
Think about that image for a moment.
Chicago around them.
But a stadium encircling the stage.

One center.
For a tour built around connection, it is difficult to imagine a more appropriate picture.
